The Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, 9th convocation ceremony will see a total of 1,021 students receive their first degree certificates with 49 of them bagging first class results.
The convocation ceremony will take place on Saturday, 1st November, 2014.
A breakdown of the results showed that about 323 students will graduate with second class upper degrees and another 418 with second class lower. The rest got third class and pass degrees respectively.
The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Matthews Ojo, who congratulated the graduating students, said that the university had been growing in population and academic status as the private varsity, which took off with 506 pioneering students now had a student population of 4,700.
